As the Director of Design Strategy at dot., Oskar focuses on empowering companies in innovation management and developing their product-service portfolios. He excels in defining effective market positioning strategies, identifying emerging trends, and creating meaningful products and brands that resonate with audiences.
His specialization in design allows him to effectively bridge the gap between corporate strategy and the development of impactful products and services. In the projects he oversees, Oskar integrates high-level strategic thinking—honed through attentive listening and a deep understanding of each brand's and client's needs—with a meticulous focus on design micro-level details that make a difference, personalize proposals, and elevate the overall project.
Before joining dot., Oskar worked on the Design and Development of Resources for the Classroom of the Future, gaining extensive experience in design and engineering for industrial sectors such as machine tools and manufacturing.
At dot., he has successfully navigated strategic projects across various industries and developed significant expertise in applying design methods within the food sector. He served for several years as a university professor in the Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Basque Culinary Center (BCC), teaching in various official master's programs on topics related to "Gastronomy and Design" and "Innovation Applied to the Food Industry".
