As an expert in organizational design and business strategy, Eneko has been involved in numerous projects across various sectors, translating strategic decisions into purpose-driven business models. His work methodologies encompass not only the morphology of organizational structures but also the processes and methodologies of intrapreneurial teams to achieve optimal results. Consequently, Eneko applies this expertise to the development of dot. as a company and in our team dynamics.
Before founding dot., Eneko spent nine years in the Organization Department of the Eroski Group, a retail company with over 45,000 employees and multiple business units. There, he led projects focused on organizational transformation and the development of services to implement new strategies.
Eneko is also a university professor and coach for entrepreneurial teams at the Faculty of Business and Management in Mondragon University, where he teaches in the LEINN program (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation)—the first official degree in Europe focused on entrepreneurship—and the MINN program (International Executive Master's in Intrapreneurship and Open Innovation). He guides entrepreneurial teams from various sectors in international contexts, including China, India, and the United States.
