Iñigo Blanco

Iñigo's great strength lies in his ability to build global multi-agent opportunity frameworks centered around innovation and impact entrepreneurship, while also generating new knowledge. Throughout his extensive career, he has guided purpose-driven international companies in implementing new methodologies for intrapreneurship, entrepreneurial leadership, and open innovation. Additionally, he has served as a key link in establishing significant alliances between companies across various sectors, all united by a shared purpose.

Before founding dot., Iñigo studied Environmental Sciences at the UPV - University of the Basque Country and worked at the Mondragon Innovation and Knowledge (MIK) Research Center. He was responsible for sustainability projects at Impact HUB Berlin, served as an assistant in the Environment Department at Total-Atotech, and worked as a botanist at Plantlife International UK.

Iñigo has served as a university professor and coach at Mondragon University’s Faculty of Management—specifically within the Mondragon Team Academy (MTA)—in the LEINN program, the first official degree in Europe focused on entrepreneurship, and in the MINN program (International Executive Master's in Intrapreneurship and Open Innovation). He was also part of the internationalization team for the LEINN program, bringing it to countries such as India, China, South Korea, and the United States.

Additionally, Iñigo is a co-founder of Impact HUB Donostia–San Sebastián. He was selected by Ashoka as a Young Changemaker Leader and as a Fellow of the German Marshall Fund. He is also a member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network, where he has spoken at significant international conferences.
